The turbocharger is actually an air compressor, which increases the intake of air by compressing air. It uses the inertia impulse of the exhaust gas discharged by the engine to drive the turbine in the turbine chamber. The turbine drives the coaxial impeller, which compresses the air sent by the air filter pipe and pressurizes it into the cylinder. When the engine speed increases, the exhaust gas discharge speed and turbine speed also increase synchronously, and the impeller compresses more air into the cylinder. The pressure and density of the air increase, and more fuel can be burned. The output power of the engine can be increased by increasing the fuel quantity and adjusting the engine speed accordingly.

The turbocharger rotor shaft is used in the environment of high-speed operation, with a rotational speed of 10000 to 200000 revolutions per minute. Under this high-speed rotation, dynamic balancing must be done. Through the intelligent turbocharger dynamic balancing machine, efficient dynamic balancing detection can be realized. The turbocharger balancing machine has strong applicability and is very fast in disassembly and installation, which improves the assembly speed and efficiency, and thus improves the dynamic balance detection speed.

 

 

Rotor shaft and body refer to forgings with sufficient mechanical strength, which can withstand the torque transmitted by the prime mover and the huge electromagnetic torque of sudden short circuit at the generator outlet, and have good magnetic conductivity. They are the bearing body of the main magnetic pole of the generator.

 

 

With the continuous development of automobile turbocharging technology, the working speed of turbocharger rotor assembly can reach 60000 r/min to 240000 r/min. The supercharger rotor is the core component of the supercharger. During high-speed rotation, the rotor unbalance will cause large vibration and noise, which will directly lead to the wear of the floating bearing, thrust bearing and even sealing parts, thus reducing the service life of the supercharger, and also burying hidden dangers for safe driving. Portanto, it is necessary to detect and correct the dynamic balance of the turbocharger rotor.
