- Production process
The automated processes in the production line include automatic core loading, winding, rounding, laser welding, intermediate busbar installation, copper row welding, and performance testing. The entire line is staffed by three operators. All materials are tracked and managed by serial and batch numbers. All equipments of the whole line are equipped with MES system, which can control the information of planning, scheduling, quality, process and device operation in real time, so that all relevant departments can find out the problems and solve the problems in time. The line has the function of automatic fault detection and error reporting, and all the moving and wearing parts are modularized, which is convenient for maintenance and replacement. The operation interface is friendly and easy to use, and there is a service life management function for consumable equipment, which will automatically remind the equipment to be replaced when the service life is approaching.
