Automatic Balancing Machine Regular Maintenance Items
- Clean the machine from dust and iron and keep the machine table clean.
- Check if the consumables on the machine have been damaged (For example, testing station belt)
- Spray anti-rust oil to prevent the machine from rusting.
- Check if the milling cutter on cutting 1 and cutting 2 is worn. If it is worn, replace the milling cutter.
- Check that the machine power and air supply are normal.
- Check that the function modules of the machine are operating normally.
- Check the machine imbalance test station to ensure that the measurement is normal and the result is correct.
